1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the bdv1 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("Member", "you"). These Terms apply to the bdv1.lat website and all services associated with it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To use this bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined deposit and bonus amount (wagering requirement 20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be removed after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless stated in the promotion).
• bdv1 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of a breach of bonus terms.
• bdv1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and is achievable through regular active participation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on the bdv1 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG) system.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. A maximum bet per round may apply when placing bets using bonus balance.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are final. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, bdv1 will decide whether to refund the bet or restart the game. Our decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Spreading false information on the platform or attempting to defraud other members.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bdv1

bdv1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• By court order or at the request of a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by the Member

8.3 Restrictions Due to Responsible Gaming
